With 20 years in sustainable finance, 10 of which in managerial positions, Béné moved into coaching to have a concrete positive impact on people. She takes an optimistic approach, supporting clients to explore new opportunities, identify ressources, and take concrete actions. She welcomes young managers to her coaching practice, and takes a holistic approach to improving their leadership potential and soft skills. She has a particular interest in participatory management and shared governance techniques.
