My specificity

My primary role is to ensure that all client interactions deliver on Solutions Development’s vision to “drive insight through experiential learning”.

My areas of expertise are the neuro science of coaching/leadership , emotion regulation, mindfulness, Change management (change pro master facilitator trainer), MBTI 1&2 certified and 360 certified feedback coach. I specialise in executive coaching both for individuals and teams.

Personal and professional

I live in the swiss mountains with my wife, daughter and dogs. My dogs are currently training me to be a musher. Solutions Development, our coaching business, has been going since 2006 and is managed by my wife Lise.
