I offer as a coach a partnership that invites you to take full ownership of your present experience and develop awareness of what you really want to create for yourself. The space that I offer is one of complete acceptance and respect while sharing my intuition and reflections that can help you to overcome inner obstacles and use your personal resources to the full. I invite you to bring awareness to not only beliefs and inner self talk but also body and emotions as doorways to anchor change and make it lasting. As well as being a PCC credentialed coach with the ICF, I also have the Swiss Fédéral Diploma of Coaching and I am a supervisor for this exam.
