My specificity
During my career, I had an extensive experience in individual development, leadership development, change and project management, Merger & Acquisition, key and high-potential development, and consulting. in Human Resources. I worked in national and international companies where I held both regional and EMEA level positions.

Personnal and Profesionnal
I obtained several degrees in human resources and continued my professional training with the PED program at IMD Lausanne. I then developed my skills in coaching and hold a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership as well as the Supervisor Diploma in Coaching. I also hold the titles of NLP Master Practitioner, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and I’m a trainer in coaching.
I grew up in Switzerland and I’m fluent in French, Italian and English.

Ma spécificité
Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai acquis une grande expérience en développement individuel, en développement de leadership, en gestion du changement et de projet, en fusion et acquisition, en développement des personnes-clés et à forts potentiels, ainsi qu’en conseil en ressources humaines. J’ai travaillé dans des entreprises nationales et internationales où il a occupé des postes de haut niveau tant régional qu’au niveau EMEA.
Mon leitmotiv « Découvrir et valoriser notre quoi, notre quand, notre pour quoi et notre pour qui. C’est ce qui fait de nous qui nous sommes : une personne unique« .
Parcours personnel et professionnel
J’ai obtenu plusieurs diplômes en ressources humaines et ai poursuivi ma formation professionnelle avec le programme PED à l’IMD Lausanne. J’ai ensuite développé mes compétences dans le coaching et détient un Master en Communication et Leadership ainsi que le diplôme de Superviseur en coaching. J’ai également obtenu les titres de Maître Praticien PNL, de Professional Certified Coach (PCC) ICF et je suis formateur en coaching.
J’ai grandi en Suisse et parle couramment le français, l’italien et l’anglais.
