A transformative experience
We made some inspiring and practical discoveries thanks to Robert Dilts, who led a seminar for IDC last week entitled “Conscious Leadership: Orchestrating evolution and well-being for the future”. A program focused on leadership, innovation and resilience. Leadership more necessary than ever to keep moving forward in times of uncertainty, turbulence, social transformation and change. What is the place and role of “Well-being” in all this? In fact, it’s the ability to react quickly and effectively to change, and to take advantage of new opportunities. To remain competitive, companies must not only adapt to these changes, but actively anticipate and shape them. Robert’s lively and relevant examples provided a vivid illustration of this topical issue.
